Engaged | Robin & Luke

I met Robin a few years ago in a photography course back in Savannah College of Art & Design. I always admired her outstanding work and the passion she put into every project she presented. When she  reached out to me a couple of months ago to photograph her wedding, I was so honored and filled with gratitude. To be honest...I was also a bit nervous. Photographing a wedding is a big enough responsibility...but photographing a fellow PHOTOGRAPHER'S wedding, is even more pressure.

When Robin & Luke told me they wanted to go fly fishing during their engagement shoot, I got really excited! I love it when couples are passionate  about their hobbies and want to incorporate them in their photo shoots. This couple was  no joke, they are really good at fly fishing, and seemed to love being within nature. We met at the Sweetwater State Park (which is A-MAZING!) and we "hiked", for what felt like 10 miles. (I'm sure it was less than a mile...but this momma is out of shape after having her baby) Every corner of this gorgeous park was filled with so much inspiration...

Perfect fall afternoon + stunning light, + a beautiful couple in love = a photographer's dream!

Robin and Luke, thank you so much for allowing me to document these special moments. I'm counting down the months for your wedding!
