I just wanted to take the time to thank everyone for all the support, love, and encouragement you have given me in the last couple of months as I navigate through Dystonia and transition to a family of four. God has truly blessed me with a husband who has been so patient, my parents who have been my rock, and my two little miracles - my sweet Daniela and gentle Nicolas. I know Dystonia was put into my life for a reason. Everyday has its challenges, but everyday I keep pushing to find answers and strive to better myself. Life is a roller coaster, but I still find the beauty in every moment.
Work has been put down in my priorities list lately, but am slowly starting to feel capable of picking my camera up and photographing families again. Photography has been my passion ever since I developed my voice condition. It has become my outlet of expressing myself every since. I have my AMAZING brother to thank. He was the one who introduced me to this beautiful world of photography. It brings me SO much joy to capture other people's lives as they enter parenthood, or get engaged, or simply photographing kids playing in the park. It helps me forget about the pain I have, it lightens my days, and it makes me feel ALIVE!
To those of you who I had to cancel shoots, thank you for understanding and for your compassion. I will be taking on a few sessions for the rest of 2016. I still need to be careful and gentle with my energy. However, I know 2017 will be an amazing year! :)
Thank you again. To my family, friends, and my dear clients.
I am so grateful.
